How to See Roblox Purchase History: Robux, Items and Payment Receipts

To see your Roblox purchase history, sign into Roblox in a web browser, select the Robux icon, click your Robux balance and open My Transactions. Use the transaction-type filter to check purchases, currency transactions, Premium stipends or other activity. If you need a receipt for a charge made with real money, you may also need your App Store, Google Play, Microsoft, Xbox or other payment-provider order history. These records answer different questions.

Roblox’s official Where are my Robux? guide confirms the My Transactions route and explains its filter types. This walkthrough shows how to find the relevant record without confusing your current balance with your past spending.

Open My Transactions on Roblox

  1. Open roblox.com in a browser and sign into the account whose purchases you want to review.
  2. Find the Robux icon near the upper-right area of the page.
  3. Select your displayed Robux balance to load My Transactions. If the layout differs, look for the balance and transaction-history entry in the Robux/account area.
  4. Use the transaction-type filter at the upper-left area of the report to switch between the categories available to you.
  5. Review the item, amount and transaction information shown for the selected category. If a purchase is not immediately visible, check whether you have filtered it out or are viewing the wrong Roblox account.

For an account shared across phone and computer, a browser view can be more useful than looking only at the Robux number inside the app. The app and Xbox may display your balance without offering the same history interface in the same place.

What do Roblox’s transaction filters mean?

Transaction typeWhy you might choose it
SummaryOverview of incoming and outgoing Robux in your account.
PurchasesReview virtual items and passes bought with Robux.
Currency PurchasesInspect the currency-purchase or spending activity shown in Roblox’s report; reconcile it with the relevant store receipt when investigating a real-money charge.
Premium StipendsSee monthly Robux allowances associated with eligible Premium membership activity.
Sales of GoodsSee applicable earnings from virtual goods or passes.
Creator Rewards / Group PayoutsTrack eligible creator or group-earned Robux rather than personal store purchases.

Roblox controls which categories appear for a particular account and may update labels. Choose Purchases when your question is ‘What item or game pass used my Robux?’ Do not treat the Summary balance as an item-by-item invoice.

Robux spending versus real-money purchase receipts

A virtual-item transaction and a real-money store receipt are separate layers:

  • Robux transaction: a virtual item or pass was acquired within Roblox using Robux. Find it through the Purchases view.
  • Payment transaction: a charge for Robux or another eligible purchase was processed by a marketplace, card processor or store. The authoritative invoice may live with that provider.
  • Pending Robux: an amount earned through an eligible sale may be held before it becomes available. That is a creator earnings issue, not necessarily a failed payment. See our Pending Robux and escrow guide.

For payment disputes and proof of purchase, Roblox maintains instructions for finding purchase receipts across supported stores. The service may need an order number, payment amount and other receipt details when helping you.

How to check purchase history after using Roblox on mobile

Open Roblox’s website in your mobile browser, sign in to the correct account and try the balance-to-My-Transactions path. If the page redirects into the app or hides the transaction menu, try the browser’s desktop-site option or use a computer. Avoid installing third-party ‘Robux history viewers’; they do not need your password or cookies to help you read an official account record.

For charges made through Apple App Store or Google Play, separately consult your Apple or Google purchase history. A store’s order ID and date are what you need to reconcile a real-money charge, while Roblox My Transactions is useful for explaining what happened to Robux after purchase.

What if your Roblox purchase is missing?

  1. Check the account: many people sign into a second Roblox username accidentally. Compare the username shown in the profile with the one used when paying.
  2. Check the type filter: virtual accessories or passes belong under different transaction views from creator earnings or Premium allowances.
  3. Check the store receipt: confirm whether the payment succeeded, its date, and whether it was processed by Apple, Google, Xbox, Microsoft or another provider.
  4. Check your inventory: if you purchased a virtual item, look in the relevant inventory/category or experience before concluding it is missing.
  5. Contact official support: if the money was charged but the Robux or item did not arrive, gather the order information and use Roblox Support through its verified website.

Do not post screenshots showing your complete payment card number, billing address or account recovery codes in public forums.

How to review suspicious Roblox spending

If the amount of Robux left is lower than you expected, examine the Purchases list for virtual goods and passes, then compare dates with your own activity. A large group payout or creator transaction can affect your account without being a personal purchase. If you spot transactions you did not authorize, secure the account: change the password, enable two-step verification, check signed-in sessions and contact Roblox Support through official channels.

For a child account, the parent should use available family spending controls and account restrictions rather than relying on a third-party transaction tracker. A transaction history helps explain charges after they occur but is not a substitute for preventive controls.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see which Roblox items I bought?

Yes. Open My Transactions and choose the Purchases transaction type for available virtual-item and pass purchase records.

Can I see how much Robux I spent?

The Summary and purchase-transaction categories show outgoing Robux information. The exact filters, dates and aggregation offered may change with Roblox’s interface.

Why does the Roblox app only show my Robux balance?

Roblox documents balance visibility across devices and the My Transactions history path in a web browser. Use the website if the mobile app has no matching history screen.

Can I refund every Robux purchase shown in history?

No. A purchase appearing in history is not automatic evidence of refund eligibility. Review Roblox’s applicable policies and any official support response for the transaction.

Is a screenshot of My Transactions a valid real-money receipt?

Not always. A charge processed by a platform store can require that store’s order receipt. Keep both the Roblox transaction details and the payment-provider confirmation when contacting support.
