YOUR INFORMATION & CHOICES
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy describes information handled when you visit avarixo.com, interact with its features or contact AVARIXO. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to AVARIXO and its website operator. It covers this website, not independently operated websites linked from it.
On this page
1. Information we receive
- Information you provide: your name, email address, message and any other information you choose to include when contacting us or submitting a comment.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referring URLs, timestamps and error information to deliver and protect the website.
- Comments: when you leave a comment, WordPress processes the submitted fields and may record an IP address and browser user-agent information for moderation and abuse prevention. Your public display name, comment and any website link you supply may be shown publicly; your comment email address is not intended for public display.
- Article feedback: the “Was this helpful?” feature stores your selection in your browser’s local storage so the same browser remembers your response. If an analytics integration is enabled, a feedback event may also be sent to that service.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to deliver pages, maintain security, prevent spam and misuse, manage comments, respond to requests, investigate reported problems and meet applicable legal obligations. Where optional measurement services are enabled, usage information may also help us understand which content and features are useful.
3. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small files stored by your browser; local storage provides a similar way to remember choices on your device. WordPress may use cookies for login sessions and, if you select that option when commenting, to remember your comment details. Article feedback uses local storage. Advertising, analytics and embedded services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when those services are enabled.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings and clear site storage to remove remembered feedback. Blocking necessary cookies can affect some functions. Optional cookies require consent where applicable law requires it; merely browsing this website or reading this policy is not consent.
4. Google advertising
AVARIXO may display advertising through Google AdSense. When Google advertising is enabled, Google and other participating advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads and detect abuse. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to tailor ads using visits to AVARIXO and other websites.
You can manage Google’s personalized advertising through My Ad Center. Options for participating third-party advertising providers are available at AboutAds choices. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove advertisements or all cookies. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and review Google’s Privacy Policy.
Where a consent message is displayed, it identifies the relevant purposes and advertising partners and provides choices. You can revisit the site’s available privacy or cookie controls to change those choices. Advertising features and consent requirements depend on your region and the services enabled.
5. Analytics and embedded content
If Google Analytics or another measurement service is enabled, it may process device, browser and activity information subject to the applicable consent choices. Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on is an additional option for supported browsers. Embedded videos or other third-party content can connect to the provider, which may receive your IP address and use its own cookies or account information. Interacting with an external service is subject to that provider’s policies.
6. Who may receive information
Hosting, security, technical support and communication providers may process information as needed to operate the website and handle requests. When enabled, advertising, analytics and embedded-content providers may receive information as explained above. We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect rights and security. Content you submit for public display can be read and copied by other visitors.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained according to its purpose, operational needs and applicable legal obligations. Published comments may remain with the associated discussion; correspondence may be retained to handle a request and its follow-up. Backups can retain copies until their normal replacement cycle. Local feedback remains on your device until you clear it or the browser removes it. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
8. International processing and your rights
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of processing defined by local law as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising.
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: consent for optional processing where required, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and responding to inquiries, or compliance with legal obligations. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
For privacy requests, email contact@avarixo.com. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data; do not send identity documents unless a secure and necessary verification process has been agreed.
9. Children
AVARIXO is a general-audience publication, not a service directed to children under 13. Children should not send personal information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, please raise a privacy request.
10. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website or applicable requirements. The revision date appears above. Any additional notice or consent required for a material change will be handled as required by applicable law.
